Go to Manage Project > Lot Inventory
Click and view a specific property
Modify the field(s) that need to be updated.
Make sure to update the following fields as soon as the status changes.
New Owner Tagging—as needed; refer to the separate Change Owner instructions
Property Status—for successful unit turnovers
Turnover Date
Visibility Status
You may update applicable fields as well like Association Dues, Bill Type, Customer Move-in and Move-out, etc.
Once done editing, click Update to apply changes.
Coordinate with the system administrator to perform the bulk update of the lot inventory.
Once completed, verify that the changes are displayed correctly.
