1. Go to Unit Owners > select the Unit Owner account

2. Click Email Login

3. Login credentials will be sent to the unit owner's registered email address.

NOTE: If not yet signed up, advise the unit owners to sign up by following the instructions below:

Sign-up Requirements

1. Go to Unit Owners.

2. Search for the owner profile and open it.

Required Details

1. PropTech Registered Email Address

   • Go to General Information > Primary Contact Details and copy the email address.

2. PropTech Registered Contact Number

   • Go to General Information > Primary Contact Details and copy the contact number.

3. PropTech Account Number

   • Go to Property Details and copy the account number under the Account Number column.
