How to Access Permit/Request

1. Log in to the PropTech Mobile App.

2. From the Home screen, tap Permit/Request.

3. Select and open the Gate Pass Request with the status: For Unit Owner Approval.

The Unit Owner must review the submitted request before it can proceed to PMO approval.

Approve or Reject the Request

1. Review all submitted information.

2. If any changes are required, tap Back and update the information.

3. Tick the Disclaimer checkbox.

4. Tap Approve to endorse the request for PMO approval.

5. Tap Reject to decline the request and provide a reason for rejection.

Important: Unit Owner approval is a required step in the approval process. If the request is missed or not acted upon, PMO will be unable to proceed with the final review and approval.

After Approval

A confirmation message will be displayed once the request has been approved.

✅ The request has been endorsed by the Unit Owner and will proceed to PMO review and approval.

An email notification will also be sent to the requester regarding the updated status of the request.
