View site forms or memos, and manage submitted forms or tickets
Navigate to Forms
Go to Forms > Submitted Forms tab
A listing of all submitted tickets will be displayed.
Search and Open a Submitted Form
Search for or select the ticket number you want to update.
Click the ticket to open it.
Review the details and submitted form
3. Approve the Form
If there is no concern with the submitted form details and attachments, tick the form.
Otherwise, inform the unit owner and do the necessary updates
Once ticked, Approve button will be displayed
The approved form will have a system-generated approval
4. Update Ticket Details
To update the status, change it to the new status.
Processing - acknowledge and process the ticket
Closed - the ticket is resolved
To change the assignee, click Re-assign.
Select the name from the list.Â
5. Save Changes
Click Submit to save the updates.
