What are the requirements to onboard the PropTech web app?
Complete project site profile.
Complete saleable units on the project site.
Complete unit owner profiles for turned-over units, including email addresses and phone numbers.
If applicable, a copy of the unit owners' aging report.
If applicable, a circular authorizing the use of the PropTech mobile app.
How do I onboard new project site
How will I know the new log-in credentials?
For new accounts, create a ticket in Acumatica and choose the PropTech Access Rights ticket category.
Complete the ticket and monitor its update/resolution via corporate email.
I am transferred to a new project site. What will I do?
For the account update, create a ticket in Acumatica and choose the PropTech Access Rights ticket category.
Complete the ticket and monitor its update/resolution via corporate email.
How to log in?
For new accounts, enter the login credentials sent to your corporate email.
Registered email address
System-generated temporary password
If the login is successful, navigate now to the PropTech web application
How to log-out?
Go to the upper right of your PropTech screen
Under your username, select "Log out."
How to reset the password?
Make sure you've logged out of PropTech.
Visit https://proptech.globalland.com.ph/
Ensure the login page is displayed.
Click the "Forgot Your Password" link.
Enter the registered email address.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Follow the steps to reset your password.
Return to the login page and enter the newly created password.
