View site forms or memos, and manage submitted forms or tickets
Navigate to Forms
Go to Forms > Submitted Forms tab
A listing of all submitted tickets will be displayed.
Submit a new Form
Click Submit Form to start.
By default, the assignee and department will be pre-selected.
Note: PM will be the assignee upon creation.
Enter Form Details
Fill out all the required fields with the details of the concern being filed.
Upload Accomplished and Signed Form
Upload the form and any relevant documents, photos, or forms related to the concern.
Submit the Form
Click Submit to finalize and create the form via ticket.
