Create, track and manage submitted tickets from unit owner
Navigate to Tickets
Go to Communications > Tickets.
A listing of all submitted tickets will be displayed.
Create a New Ticket
Click Create Ticket to start.
By default, the assignee and department will be pre-selected.
Note: PM will be the assignee upon creation.
Enter Ticket Details
Fill out all the required fields with the details of the concern being filed.
Upload Supporting Files
Upload any relevant documents, photos, or forms related to the concern.
Submit the Ticket
Click Submit to finalize and create the ticket.
