If the current unit owner purchases a new property within the same location (subdivision or condominium), do not create a new unit owner profile.
Follow the lot inventory update instructions and select the existing customer profile.
Identifying Duplicate Contact Information
During unit owner profile creation, if the system indicates that the mobile number or email address already exists, this means the contact information is associated with another property.
This suggests that the unit owner has properties on multiple project sites.
Coordinating with the Unit Owner
Coordinate with the unit owner to confirm if they own multiple or other properties.
If confirmed, instruct the unit owner to complete the PropTech Letter of Consent.
If the unit owner refuses to give feedback, account merging is not applicable.
Create a new unit owner profile and provide a different mobile number or email address.
Continue with the lot inventory update.
Processing the Merging Request
Once the Letter of Consent is submitted:
If the unit owner has an account already, create a ticket in PropTech. Attach the signed letter of consent.
Reassign the ticket and coordinate to PropTech System Admin.
If the unit owner has no account yet, contact and forward the signed letter of consent to the PropTech system administrator.
The PropTech system admin will add the unit owner profile to the concerned project site.
The unit owner profile will be displayed right away in the project site's list of unit owners.
