Enable paperless billing or e-billing setting on unit owner's property
Update Paperless Billing
Go to Unit Owners > click and view the Property Details tab
If the unit owner opted for paperless billing via his/her mobile app, the property will have a checkmark.
Otherwise, if the request is received via Ticketing, PM to put a checkmark to enroll the unit owner for paperless billing.
Once done editing, click Update to apply.
NOTE: If e-billing will be discontinued, just simply uncheck the paperless billing.
