Go to Tenant or SPA > click and view a specific user ID.
Modify the field(s) that needs to be updated.
Update the dummy contact numbers, ASAP
Once done editing, click Update to apply.
Move In
For unit owners, Go to Tenant, click the header with the leased property
Select and click specific account / property that is due for move-in
In Move-in Schedule calendar field, select the schedule (mm/dd/yyyy)
Click Set Schedule button.
Now, select date for actual move in then click Move In button. A modal will appear showing Move-in Date and requiring the approved move-in clearance.
Upload your move-in clearance, and click Proceed to save.
Tenant or SPA move-in will now be updated.
Move Out
For Tenant, click the header with the leased property
Select and click specific account / property that is due for move-out
Now, select date for actual move out then click Move out button. A modal will appear showing Move-out Date and requiring the approved move-out clearance.
Upload your move-out clearance, and click Proceed to save.
Tenant or SPA move-out will now be updated.
