PM should create and add the unit owner's details first.

2. If the unit owner advises that they cannot input any of the following fields, please refer to the instructions below:
Account Number
Go back to the Unit Owner module and click the customer ID.
Go to the Property Details tab.
Copy the account number of the property the unit owner is registering.
Email address
Go back to the Unit Owner module and click the customer ID.
Verify if the email address is correct or valid; if not, advise the unit owner to forward his or her updated email address.
Click Update to save the changes
Go to Unit Owners
All created unit owners are marked "Web."
If one of the users had signed up via the new user sign-up module in the mobile app, the sign-up status will be updated from “Web” to "Mobile.”
