This module handles the individual updating of payments with an Open status
Complete Receipt Details
Follow the Receipt Encoding steps #1-6.
Skip the payment application and do not release the payment yet.
Click Save as Draft.
Enable Manual Allocation
On the upper right part of the screen, enable the Manual Allocation button by swiping it to the right until the checkmark is displayed.
Uncheck the "Auto-apply" checkbox to allow manual invoice selection.
The amount in the application field will be removed.
Apply Payment Manually
Select the invoices to be allocated manually.
Enter the correct application amount
Complete the application.
Release Payment
Release the payment to the unit owner.
Print Receipt
Print the receipt as proof of payment.
Final Note:
Once the transaction is posted, it cannot be undone.
Any errors require canceling the payment and re-encoding the correct receipt details.
