This module handles the individual application of payments with an Open status.
Go to Manage Payments > Billable.
Hover your cursor over Open Tab.
Select the payment transaction due for allocation.
Review the payment details.
Go to the Payment Application tab and review the invoices with pending applications:
If an invoice is due for allocation, apply the invoice.
Proceed with Auto-Application
Ensure the "Auto-apply" checkbox is checked.
The system will automatically allocate the balance to any open invoices displayed on the bottom part of the screen.
Confirm the allocated amounts.
Complete the Application
Click "Apply Allocation" to finalize the allocation.
Review the Payment Application
Tap the Application History tab to check the applied invoices.
If “No records found” is displayed, you cannot proceed because there is no available invoice for allocation.
Click the link if there are issues with payment application.
Once applied, it cannot be undone.
Any errors require canceling the payment and re-entering the correct receipt details.
