The invoices' bill date should be the first day of the month.
Go to Manage Invoices > Invoice.
Click Create Invoice to start.
Select account or unit owner to apply the invoice. Click the search icon and find the unit owner's name.
Fill out the following :
Bill Date - 1st day of the month e.g., May 01, 2023
Description - Month and year e.g., May 2023 Billing
Go to Document Details tab > select the item type and add other details needed.
All item types don't have a fixed amount except Association Dues.
Association Dues value depends on the Lot Inventory and if there will be changes, update the LI first.
You may also add notes and attachments related to it.
To finish creation, click either Release Invoice or Save as Draft (if for later)
To reset all fields, click Clear.
Note: All released invoices will reflect on the unit owner's account and ledger.
Yes, just click on Save as Draft, and you can now close or create another invoice.
The invoice summary or list can be filtered by bill date, invoice status, and item types.
Click Export to download the list in Excel.
