The invoices' bill date should be the first day of the month.
Navigate to Invoices and select the specific invoice.
For invoices with Draft status, review all details carefully.
Ensure that the Bill Date falls within an open financial period.
Once reviewed and finalized, click Release to post the transaction.
Navigate to Invoices and select the specific invoice.
If the invoice status is Draft, click Void Invoice.
Provide the reason for voiding.
Note: This action will not reflect on the unit owner's account or ledger.
If the invoice status is Open, click Cancel Invoice.
Provide the reason for cancellation.
Note: This action will reflect on the unit owner's account, ledger, and SOA.
There is no need to create a credit memo for a cancelled invoice.
The system will automatically reverse the amount.
An invoice will automatically close once payment has been fully allocated.

Navigate to Invoices and select the specific invoice.
Go to the Application History tab.
Review the payment(s) applied to the invoice.
