The current account balance in PropTech is higher than my manual monitoring.
Navigate to Lot Inventory.
Click on the Lot Inventory entry that needs to be updated.
Create a Credit Memo (CM) to remove the excess amount from the current account.
In the Credit Memo Type field, select "Balance Transfer."
In the Item Type field, choose the appropriate option based on the balance details:
Select Association Dues for balances related to association dues, condominium dues, or maintenance dues.
Note: For other item types, review the latest details in the unit owner's ledger and select the correct item type.
Complete the credit memo details.
Navigate the lot inventory again.
Review the new account balance.
The lot inventory and account balances have been successfully updated.
If a unit owner balance adjustment is created after a SOA has been generated,
please regenerate the SOA to ensure the adjustment is included.

Create a Debit Memo (DM) via invoice to add the correct amount from the current account.
Go to Manage Invoice > Invoices.
In the Item Type field, select "Debit Memo" for balances related to association dues, condominium dues, or maintenance dues.
Note: For other item types, review the latest details in the unit owner's ledger and select the correct item type.
Complete the debit memo details and confirm the transfer.
Navigate the lot inventory again.
Review the new account balance.
The lot inventory and account balances have been successfully updated.
If a unit owner balance adjustment is created after a SOA has been generated,
please regenerate the SOA to ensure the adjustment is included.
